Harlem Wizards in a benefit game against the Altoona Area School District’s Fastbreakin’ Faculty

The Altoona Area High School Music Parents Association is thrilled to host the Harlem Wizards in a benefit game against the Altoona Area School District’s Fastbreakin’ Faculty on Wednesday, October 2nd at 7:00PM in the AAHS fieldhouse. Proceeds from the game will benefit the AAHS music program and the talented students of its band, orchestra and chorus.

The Harlem Wizards are guaranteed to dazzle fans with their special brand of “Trick Hoops and Alley Oops” in a fun night of wholesome family entertainment. Join us to see if they can beat the opposing team, made up of faculty and staff members from throughout the school district. Faculty coach for the evening will be the new AASD Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Thomas Otto.

Doors will open at 6:00PM so that guests can enjoy a snack from the concessions stand, try their luck at our basket auction, and browse the items for sale in the Harlem Wizards’ merchandise shop. Music for the evening will be provided by the AAHS vocal ensemble, string ensemble, and pep band.
