COURT DATE POSTPONED FOR SCHOOL STABBER

 

The preliminary hearing for 16 YEAR OLD Alex Hribal WAS SCHEDULED TOMORROW, BUT IT HAS BEEN PUSHED BACK AT THE REQUEST OF HIS ATTORNEY. the 16 YEAR OLD IS charged WITH MULTIPLE COUNTS OF ATTEMPTED MURDER AND AGGRAVATED ASSAULT for the April 9th stabbing rampage at Franklin Regional HIGH SCHOOL IN MURRYSVILLE. prosecutors added 17 ADDITIONAL attempted murder charges after detectives found a NOTE in Hribal's locker saying he wanted to hurt his fellow students. 

 

COURTHOUSE BOMB THREAT

 

a PRELIMINARY HEARING IS SCHEDULED ToDAY for 50 year old stephen jablonski of johnstown, the man accused of calling in a BOMB threat to the cambria county courthouse in Ebensburg last week. HE USED A FAKE arab ACCENT AND the words “Ahmad Jihad.” Jablonski’S girlfriend WAS SCHEDULED TO BE IN COURT TO BE SENTENCED ON A PROBATION VIOLATION AND A RETAIL THEFT. HE TOLD POLICE THEY HAD BEEN DOING DRUGS AND HE DIDN’T WANT HER TO FAIL A DRUG TEST. Heroin and crack cocaine were seized from inside of his apartment. CHARGES ARE PENDING AGAINST JABLONSKI’S GIRLFRIEND.

 

PENN STATE ALTOONA BOMB SUSPECT

 

THE ALTOONA MIRROR REPORTS THAT FILING OF A FEDERAL INDICTMENT AGAINST PENN STATE ALTOONA STUDENT VLADISLOV MIFTAKHOV HAS BEEN POSTPONED FOR AT LEAST ANOTHER MONTH. HE WAS ARRESTED IN FEBRUARY WHEN POLICE FOUND HOMEMADE BOMBS IN HIS JUNIATA APARTMENT. THE GOVERNMENT STILL HASN’T DECIDED EXACTLY WHAT CHARGES SHOULD BE FILED. MIFTAKHOV IS A RUSSIAN NATIVE WHO HAS BEEN IN THE U-S SINCE HE WAS 4.

HIS DEFENSE ATTORNEY SAYS HE WAS ONLY MAKING FIREWORKS AND NEVER INTENDED TO HURT ANYONE.

 

BOMB THREAT AT UNIVERSITY PARK

Penn State POLICE ARE HOPING TO TRACK DOWN THE PERSON WHO CALLED IN a bomb threat SATURDAY NIGHT. NO EVACUATIONS WERE NECESSARY BECAUSE THE THREAT WAS RULED TO not BE credible…SINCE THE CALLER SAID THERE WAS A SUICIDE BOMBER AT 9TH AVENUE AND 7TH STREET and THERE IS NO SUCH INTERSECTION IN STATE COLLEGE. IF YOU HAVE INFORMATION, CALL UNIVERSITY POLICE.

HOUSE DESTROYED

 

FIRE DESTROYED A HOUSE MONDAY MORNING IN EAST TAYLOR TOWNSHIP, Cambria County. Crews were called to 432 Echo ROAD in the village of Echo just before 8am WHEN THE WOOD BURNING FURNACE MALFUNCTIONED. NO injuries were reported. THE HOUSE WAS NOT INSURED.

 

WILDFIRE WAS ARSON

 

State forestry officials NOW saY THE wild fire that burned for 6 days ON WILLS MOUNTAIN CUMBERLAND VALLEY TOWNSHIP, BEDFORD COUNTY, was intentionally set…AND IT HAS BEEN RULED A CASE OF ARSON. APPROXIMATELY 1-THOUSAND ACRES OF LAND WAS SCORCHED AFTER THE BLAZE BROKE OUT AROUND 2PM SATURDAY, APRIL 19TH. Anyone with information SHOULD CALL Bureau of Forestry special investigator Terry Smith at 717-362-14-72.

HOLLIDAYSBURG WOMAN OUT 500-THOUSAND DOLLARS.

 

STATE POLICE SAY SHE RECEIVED COORESPONDENCE THAT SHE HAD WON A PRIZE IN 2010…THEN SHE WAS CONTACTED BY A MALE CALLER WITH A JAMAICAN OR CARIBBEAN ACCENT. HE WOULD CALL UP TO 20 TIMES A DAY, URGING THE WOMAN TO SEND MONEY TO FACILITATE HER OBTAINING HER PRIZE. SHE KEPT SENDING MONEY, BUT NEVER RECEIVED A PRIZE.
