After many e-mail requests, here is my lovely wife's WACKY CAKE recipe. Enjoy!
Wacky Cake
3 C Flour
2 Tsp Baking Soda
¾ Tsp Salt
2 C Sugar
2/3 C Cocoa
2/3 C Oil
2 Tsp Vanilla
2 Tsp Vinegar
2 C Water
Heat Oven to 350 degrees – Mix first fiveingredients then add the remaining ingredients and mix until well blended with a wooden spoon, no need for an electric mixer. Pour into an ungreased 9 X 13 pan and bake for 33 to 38 minutes.
